Don’t know if it’s Nextgen + em, Nextgen + BP, or both that causes conflict.
I don’t NEED Nextgen so I disabled that.

Used ftp to view … most recent change dates for folders. Uninstalled Nextgen 2.0.66 plug in, which was most recent. Now no problems.
See above. Maybe it wasn’t clear. Tested several scenarios without child theme.
It’s a plug-in conflict. Nextgen.
So I’m trying to debug this.
I am using twentythirteen and my own child theme – with this combo I get the strange re-directions. However, if I use the ‘Live Preview’ for my child from Admin/Appearance/Themes and follow the same links the problem doesn’t occur in the right-hand frame.
I have also activated just the twentythirteen theme, and then just the buddypress base theme v1.9, and get the same symptoms, that is: weird redirections on the live site, but all ok in ‘Live Preview’.
Moving on to try to eliminate the other plugins.
Does wordpress datestamp installation date/time of plugin installation somewhere … this would be a useful way to reverse the install order of plugins.
Ok… Tested with -7 and seems to work. Thanks. Might want to change the form display to show this as an option,

In reply to: [Volunteer Sign Up Sheets] Buddypress Group Integrationha … I hadn’t thought to try over-typing the pre-fills!
excellent, for now I’m happy using shortcodes. If I create an event in BP I can add the shortcode to the description and then the signup sheet is displayed anytime someone looks at the event detail.

In reply to: [Volunteer Sign Up Sheets] Buddypress Group IntegrationAlso looking for an elegant integration of this capability with buddypress. I also started with Sign Up Sheets Lite from DLS (which is far too lite to be really useful for a church). I stumbled across your plugin when evaluating whether the Pro version of the DLS plugin would be worth the money.
I’m testing using your shortcodes and BP … OK so far.
One thing I’d like is to be able to have one registered user sign up multiple volunteers who are not necessarily registered with BP. would like to capture each individuals email/phone so I can send reminders.
Maybe there’s already a way to do this but I haven’t cracked the code yet 🙂

In reply to: [LowerMedia Sticky.js Menus] Menu Not Sticking on Custom Page Templatemakes perfect sense! I’ve added footer back and it’s all good.
so it works fine with ubermenu.
I should’ve also worked that out.
Thanks for the quick response.

In reply to: [LowerMedia Sticky.js Menus] Menu Not Sticking on Custom Page Templateppps I’m thinking this is conflicting with ubermenu. ubermenu provides their own sticky plugin, so I think I’m gonna go with that. I’ll be switching it later today. In the meantime you can still check it out.
I’m pretty sure that the class lowermedia_add_sticky is not being added correctly, and it’s just chance that the regular pages work OK.
Thanks for responding, and good luck with your plugin.

In reply to: [LowerMedia Sticky.js Menus] Menu Not Sticking on Custom Page Templatepps I did try adding this to lowermedia-sticky-js-menus.php … looked as though it might be relevant, but no effect.
&& $theme_data['Template']!='rejoice'rejoice is the name of my child theme.
