In reply to: [Gravity Forms Salesforce Add-on] Salesforce blankI’m getting the same issue as well.
It looks like the new gravity forms sets a “display: none;” to the Form Builder and sets a blank Salesforce page. So while the details are actually there in the code of the page…we can’t change them.

In reply to: [New User Approve] Customize approval messageI too want this addition. When someone signs up I – as the admin – want an email sent to me that says, “A new user has signed up, do you want to Approve or Deny this sign up?”.
Approve would then activate their membership and send them a welcome email and Deny would do nothing (or maybe send them a rejection email).
To successfully pass First Name and Last Name using Gravity Forms + Salesforce plugin, you need to use Advanced Fields > Name, rather than a standard text field.
I had the same problem too until I realised this.
Let’s say that you want to have a page that lists ALL of your galleries as thumbnails. I want to click on one of these gallery thumbnail links and prompt the user with a password.
I understand that you can insert a gallery on to a page and password protect the page, but that doesn’t suit my requirements. I cannot expect my client – the website owner – to have to create a page for each gallery, create a password and THEN to manually update the page that lists all of the galleries with a link to the password protected gallery.
What we need is to insert an all galleries tag into a page and to set a password at the gallery level, not the page level.

In reply to: [iSlidex] [Plugin: iSlidex] Select Page (or Page ID) ?Hi Dukesa,
Thanks for the response.
What release of the plugin is this available in? I currently have Version 2.5 installed but the option is not there.
Thanks,

In reply to: Changed Permalinks, categories now broken?foley2010, I actually found the solution to my problems and it was my own stupidity/forgetfulness.
For whatever reason I had the plugin called, “Remove Parents” installed. Once I deactivated this, all was well with the world.
I hope your issue is as easier as that.

In reply to: Operation Aborted in IE7?Fixed – it wasn’t a plugin that was causing an issue but a template hack. I had a tooltip JS that I inserted right before </body>.
I removed that and, no more error.
