I just found a solution! My logo was added as an SVG file. When uploading it as a WEBP file, then everything looks good. I think PNG would have also worked, in case anyone has the same issue in the future.

I don’t think the printer or the printing app is the issue.
When I open the generated PDF in Adobe Illustrator, I can already see all these very fine lines (horizontal, vertical and diagonal) directly in the document itself, especially on the top half of the page, as shown in the screenshot I shared earlier. This is before any printing step.
So the issue seems to come from how the PDF is generated, not from the printer or the application used to print it.
That is why printing always produces the same result.
Do you have any other ideas?

Did you find a solution? I am having the exact same issue with the newsletter form that comes with my theme (Blocksy Premium). Emails are indeed added to the general contact list but they are not assigned to a specific list as they should.
