Hello,
I can not get comments to come back on my sire after disabling and removing the plugin. Please advise.

My settings under the Form Section of Contact Form 7 are:

My settings under the Mail Section of Contact Form 7 are:

SUBJECT: ReferralThe message body looks like this:

Subject: ReferralPlease provide name and email address for anyone you would like to refer to ChiroUp:
[your-message]—
This e-mail was sent from a contact form on Chiro Up (http://chiroup.com)Hope this info helps. I still haven’t figured out how to correct this. It’s sending emails to an old personal email address that I hardly ever check and have no idea why it’s sending it to that email in the first place. Thanks!!!
