Yes, if you could get this done then that would be great. I actually think it’s a critical aspect that needs to be addressed. It really causes problems to have to manually disconnect/reconnect every 30 days.
I’m in contact with our developer about this, but can we add the link in the code you sent somewhere on our site to automatically renew token before expiration ourselves in the mean time?

We launched our website on 9/26, but this is the first time the token expired.
It happened over the weekend so it has just been a few days. The last successful order was placed on 10/31, then the next order that was placed on 11/2 failed as well as the 3 orders after that.Is there any way to perhaps make the expiration period longer or tweak it so that it doesn’t expire while still keeping the connection secure (since I assume it expires because of security purposes?) Or at the very least have a very obvious notification come up in the admin dashboard warning that the connection must be renewed? It’s really cumbersome having to deal with this issue.

Also, would my client need to reach out to the customers with failed orders in order for them to place the order again or is there some way to process it in the backend without having to do this?

Hi, so it looks like disconnecting and reconnecting the connection worked. However, is there any way to prevent having to do this in the future? It is very cumbersome to have to keep reconnecting when the token expires and doesn’t give the customer a user-friendly experience.

But anyhow, the error I am seeing in the log is “[2019-10-12 03:29:06] INFO: Form 26 > Submitted with errors: spam

[2019-10-14 09:37:44] INFO: Form 26 > Submitted with errors: spam”Why is this error happening even though I tried with new email addresses and I did not spam the form submission? And why is it only happening when reCaptcha is activated?

The Captcha badge that is supposed to display at the bottom right when Captcha is activated doesn’t show up like it should and I get the “oops something went wrong” error upon submission. But once I disable the Captcha in the settings, it works again. So I’m sure there is something wrong with the connection there. I have it disabled right now, it would be nice to get this fixed! Thanks.

Same thing is happening to my theme…I tried to use the custom css fields on the column level and the page level but it’s not affecting anything at all. I even tried to override by using the WordPress default custom css field in the customizer as well as a custom css plugin…none work. I’m using theme with the oranges on it. Any hints?
I looked again and it seems to have something to do with the “display: flex” in Bootstrap that is causing it not to work…how can we make this work?

Thanks, I did submit my question to pre-purchase. So we should only need WooCommerce Subscriptions and not WooCommerce Memberships since we already have Ultimate Member right? Or it WooCommerce Memberships completely different?

So I need “player” as a role in the dropdown here in order to assign roles for each user: http://i66.tinypic.com/l8eoo.jpg . But for some reason it isn’t there. Yet “player” is listed as a role in “user roles” here: http://i63.tinypic.com/2dlulty.png . I can’t remember where I created the user role “player”…
So therefore, I need to delete it in order to create it again in Ultimate Member. That’s how I can get it to show in the dropdown to assign to users.
Please note that to see the screenshots correctly…you might have to copy and paste the links into the browser. Not sure why it isn’t working when I click on it.

I added a background color and it seems to have a weird effect going on where the shorter ones only become equal height if the slideshow is in a certain position. It will adjust itself after 1-2 seconds if it is in that position.
