I agree…any idea why Google Page Insights would still say these fonts are needing to be preloaded (says it’s slowing down my site even if it’s actually not…). I don’t want to have a poor Insights score since I know Google uses it to rank websites. Would this be an issue with my theme you think? Thanks!!
I removed them — figuring why would they be trying to load if I’m not even using them? Do you want me to try to put them back in there again anyway?
I’m having the same issue. I tried preloading them (like marcocarboni said above), but it didn’t work. So now I changed my fonts, so that I’m no longer using the fonts that PageSpeed Insights are having an issue with. I’m just using Century Gothic, which shouldn’t be a problem. I’ve cleared my cache as well.
