I removed the second form and it fixed the footer form. Thanks! I never would have figured that out!

I’ve just updated the donate button link to http://www.jwcenter.org/donate, thinking maybe the other link was too complicated. However, the button link is still going to an incorrect page.

Thanks for the reply. So I assume that if I remove the second form, the footer form should work again. I’ll give it a try.
