Hi,
Obviously your team is heavily engaged in reviewing the issue.
I consider 6 weeks and no response in view of possible security problems as poor.
May I please get a proper answer to my findings?

In reply to: [Self-Hosted Google Fonts] It’s deadIt does not mean that a plugin “is dead” if there have been no updates for a long time.
It may be that it is simply and quietly doing its job.
I have got a few websites, where this plugin is working fine.
It’s alive!
Hi,
I did and used the “Post Carousel” part of that plugin.
Same problem.
I used “1” and “10,000” as values for the slider speed – the slider moves approx. every 2 seconds no matter which value I insert.

Jörn.Hi,
Thanks for your prompt reply.
I just realised that I posted into the wrong plugin support forum.
In fact, I am using the plugin you refer to, i.e. “Post Slider …”
Would it be to straight away to ask for an update for the “Post Slider Plugin” as soon as possible?
Kind regards,

In reply to: [Dara] Colour SchemeYou need to find the hex colour code in Dara’s CSS files and replace the value for the turquoise (#15b6b8) with the value of the colour shade you prefer.
Talking about the named colour shade Indigo this is #4b0082 (https://www.colorhexa.com/4b0082).
Basically, do a search and replace with this 2 values.
Bear in mind that it is good practice to use a Child Theme. Otherwise, your changes will get lost with the next template update.

In reply to: [Dara] How to change the credit in the footerHi,
Have a look at your
wp-content/themes/dara/components/footer/site-info.phpThat’s the file to change.
Bear in mind, you should do that in a child theme – otherwise you will loose your changes with the next theme update.

Jörn.Hi Jordy,
Automatism is not every’s user priority/everbody’s darling.
From my point of view the strength would be if I had control about what the plugin does.
Everything else is fine, but this is a knock-out point.
Therefore, again: * only.

In reply to: [Dara] Change Header Menu ColorHi Corinneo,
For fiddling out things like that I use Firefox. Additionally, I installed Chris Pedrick’s “Web Developer” toolbar.
Open the webpage and inspect the element on the page, you would like to change.
With the web developer toolbar you will be able to find out the name/class/id of the relevant element.
You will need to change your style.css accordingly.
It is also good practice to create a child theme and apply the necessary changes in the child scheme’s css files in order not to loose your customisations on the next template update.

In reply to: [Dara] No widget area on static start pageHi David,
Thanks for your reply and your assistance.
I am already working with a child theme. Actually, the only thing I needed to do was create a front-page.php with Dara’s page.php as content.
Problem solved with your advice.
Thank you,
Jörn.
