That is odd, as I have no other forms on the website that include a ‘Username’ field, and the emails are inconsistent with the alerts.
Is there a way to set up an email notification when someone signs up via the MailChimp form?

Additionally, I have been receiving emails from WordPress alerting me to new user registrations on the site — the emails include the following (I removed the actual username/email here to protect privacy):
New user registration on your site STEMPilot:
Username: XXX
Email: XXXX
Are these registrations coming from the MailChimp form? There is no field for ‘Username’ in the MailChimp form, but I am not sure where else they would be generated from.
