I would suggest going to Pages and editing the page from that section.

In reply to: Critical ErrorLog into your server and rename your plugin folder to something else, then load the page. If the page comes up correctly then there is a plugin issue and you will need to find the plugin causing the issue.

@wpmudevsupport13 Thank you for the reply. I did read that section, but I don’t want to rely on two forms to populate data. Would like to have just a hyperlink that would populate the one form. Not sure this is possible from your solution.

Also, to your other question yes it’s Apache Server.
Also, the address in both “WordPress Address” and “Site Address” options on “Settings -> General” page – does it end with the slash or not?
There are no / after the URL and if I try to add them WordPress just removes them after saving.
@wpmudevsupport13 I have disabled all plugins but had no success making it work.
@wpmudevsupport13 I am not behind any Cloudflare, just a normal hosted website.
