I did the tests with the Healt check, and the result was that the plugin that conflicts with CR is SGoptimizer…
In case it is useful to anyone, I solved the problem by excluding the customreviews CSS from the CSS minify in SGoptimizer.
Somehow this wasn’t necessary until version 4.41 of the CustomerReviews plugin.

I made the test order again by deactivating those plugins, but it still has no effect on incoming orders. It is only displayed during the checkout process and in the cart page

I’m using the free Astra theme, I don’t have any ajax there .. Also in the woocommerce settings the ajax buttons are disabled, and the redirect to cart page option is selected.
I tried disabling the side cart plugin, and then placing a new test order, but was unsuccessful in practice, as the emails keep coming without the checkfield data.
Any more suggestions?Yes, it is displayed correctly on the cart page and at checkout. But not in Woocommerce emails and Orders details in WordPress Backend.
Logré solucionarlo del siguiente modo, lo comento por si a alguien le es de utilidad, al código de cliente que me pasó mi ejecutivo de cuentas de Andreani, reemplacé el CL, por 00, en total quedó un número de 10 cifras, es decir reemplacé CL1200**** por 001200****
Muchas gracias Conrado por la ayuda, saludosAntes que nada gracias por la pronta respuesta, te comento que es el código de cliente que me envío mi ejecutivo de cuenta de Andreani, le consulté específicamente para relacionarlo con el webservice. De hecho me lo pasó con un CL antepuesto, por eso no dudé en que sea ese el código de cliente. Si encuentro resolución publico nuevamente, de momento no he podido resolverlo.
