Hi @kellymetal,

thank you for your reply and effort. I know that every time we edit the post notification we have to enable it again in the end.

I already delete the email and create a new one but the problem continues. The email goes to the sending list and stays there for some time and after that disappears and its not sent. Deactivate the other plugins does not solve the issue.

Like i told before when i see the preview of the notification email in the portuguese i can see the content but not in the english one.

As you can see the content is not showing in the english email.

Hi @lynnjat7,

The notification email is set to trigger when a new post is publish (immediately). The English is post manually. Both are triggered the same way but one thing i observe. When i see the preview of the notification email in the portuguese i can see the content but not in the english one. the content is set to be the latest post filter by language.

I have to lists. one for the Portuguese subscriber and another for the English ones. When i publish a post in Portuguese the email is triggered as expected, but when i post a English post the email is not sent out.

Hi Kasia,

I already disable all plugins in my site but Oxygen with no luck. As I told before Forminator version 1.18.2. works well with Oxygen and all other plugins in my site. I rollback Oxygen to previous versions to see if works with version 1.22.1 but it doesn’t.

Hi Patrick, Thanks for your time and efford.

I am not using a theme. I use the page builder Oxygen. I have this message in the builder: “Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).forminatorFront is not a function on line #2 in https://teste.design4web.pt/?ct_template=main&ct_builder=true&oxygen_iframe=true“

I deactivated all the plugins and the problem still exists. I try to rollback oxygen to previous versions and got the same problem.

After disable Sticky Social Icon plugin it is working again
