    Okay ive done a lot since last time I posted. I am already able to get into the dashboard again and I have established a FTP with the help of my webhost.

    I have deleted the JetPack plugin and then everything works again. But as soon as I want to install JetPack again, I get a internal error as soon as I want to activate it.

    I’ve contacted my webhost and they told me they are unable to help me with deleting the plugins or accessing the hcacces.

    For now I can’t set-up any FTP because it seems that I don’t have the current logon info.

    Maybe it is important to inform that I am a complete newbee on this matter and still try to find the ropes on how to fix this problem. I did not expect these kind of problems with just installing JetPack
