In reply to: [Sela] Featured image wrong size on front pageHi Kathryn
Thanks for replying, I had forgotten to close this post. I ended up changing the featured image. I hadn’t resolved the issue with the particular image I wanted, but I’m happy with the one that’s on there now. I hadn’t tried removing and re-adding the image, good idea.
Thanks for your help as always.
John

In reply to: [Sela] Featured image wrong size on front pageI’m not sure if it’s to do with the size of the image that is the problem. When using a featured image it seems to select only the central part of it to create the ‘featured image’. So the image size remains, but it’s just the centre part that is selected to display as the featured image.
This has been retained on the ‘our day’ page, but not the welcome page. It never used to be that size, until recently without me changing anything.
Any thoughts? Appreciate the help 🙂

In reply to: [Sela] Featured image wrong size on front pageThanks for the advice.
Would you know why this would have changed suddenly if I haven’t made any alterations to the page?

In reply to: [Sela] How to make titles in main navigation menu drop downHi Kathryn, thanks for your reply!
I hadn’t added my child pages in my custom menu. I didn’t realise that you could then drag those child pages sideways to indent them to create a sub menu. All working now, thanks for your help!
