Hi mbrsolution,

I enabled the “Enable Debug Logging”

And I set it to test mode and did multiple testings, and it seems everything works fine.

May I know the reason why three of our clients got an incorrect total amount payment?

Only three clients have experienced it. I haven’t changed or added any plugin since April 2020.

Let me try Enabling the Debug Logging and do some testing. I will let you know once done.

The wrong amount was displayed.

For example, a client entered $100 on the popup form. And upon checking out, it displayed $200 on the Total Amount paid.
