For now I am able to fix the problem by removing the original arrow with this code,
.hfe-submenu-icon-arrow .hfe-nav-menu .parent-has-child .sub-arrow i:before { display: none; }but the double still exist.

But I can provide you with more data.
I’ve already disabled all plugin.
I am using Elementor and Elementor Header Footer plugin to edit Header and Footer.
