We’re good. Thank you for following up!
In my form, I set it up to email me (static) when a form is submitted, and also to email the User (a confirmation/thank you) (dynamic). I get my email, but the user does not.
NOTE: I bcc’d myself (static) the User email, so I can see what it looks like and for reference, but I do not receive that email. 🙁Our IT guy had a question about whether FM uses PHP to send mail…
Any ideas?
Thanks!@jannovotny, I know exactly what you mean, and feel your pain! 🙂 When I read your post though, it sparked an idea…
If you have some sort of header right before your form (for example <h4>Form</h4>, if you add an ID in the tag (<h4 ID=”form”>) then add that to your URL (my.site.com/#form) that your form goes to after submission (Custom URL), it theoretically should reload, but at the top of your form!!

I also noticed it’s not including the ‘Email’ field in the exported spreadsheet. 🙁
Inside the form you want to duplicate look for the ‘Save a Copy’ option near the top. That then creates a copy
Thanks @wdsupport for your follow up and support!
I look forward to seeing the update! Much appreciated!
I did – thank you! Replied this morning requesting a call.
Thanks! I did just make contact thru that form and added a bit of research too.
Hopefully we’ll figure it out!
No worries! I knew it wasn’t intentional!
That seems to have done the trick!! Fantastic job!!
Thanks so much! Can’t wait to see what else I can do with the plugin!
Help! Was anyone able to figure out how to remove the top spreadsheet part?
Thanks!
It’s on an intranet for employees only, but here’s a screen shot of what I mean…

Thank you again! I did purchase a license and was able to display the results on a page.
Your screenshot example above is exactly what I want – Title & Stats only… but when I view it on the page, a spreadsheet-like grid shows up with a header of “#” then listing 1-however many entries there are. Since I disabled display of all fields (on purpose) it’s the only thing that shows up above the ‘Statistics’.
But it’s ugly and useless 🙂 Is there a way to hide that too please?
Thanks for your reply!
I’m looking more for a chart built based on some of the results – Just for 1 Field (not to include others such as name, email…)
But it looks like that’s the ‘Statistics’ example on the page you linked to… And I assume I’m able to control what shows up on the Front End side to the incredible extent you’ve given users on the back end? Is it possible to ‘Show’ automatically after a user Submits?
On a side note, I’m thoroughly impressed with your responsiveness to this forum, and with the plugin itself! Very versatile with plenty of controls available! Thank you!
Thank you!! This question/answer was extremely helpful!
Thanks – I should have been a little more specific though –
I would like to display a tally of ALL the results from this particular survey, not just the single submitted response…
Is that possible?
Thanks
