wp-content and all folders underneath it are 777 and still image uploads not working.

Any other ideas, this is very frustrating.My imagerotator is not working either but thats another story..

File permissions are correct but any user other than admin cannot use flash upload.

I too am getting similar 8addition.org virus alerts.I will be upgrading to 2.7.1 does anyone know if this sorts the problem?
Also what are the permissions on your files?
