I don´t know why, but i supossed that “use CloudFlare\IpRewrite” is part of the 1.3.20 changeslog.
If it´s the problems, with php < 5.3, it may cause the plugin crash.
Solved: Just activate and deactivate all the global configs on Sitemaps XML page:
Ping yahoo.com and ping ask.com
Taxonomies and posts too.
I have a problem with the plugin (or supose it) when leaving the admin session. That error doesn´t appear when the plugin is deactivated.
I activated the 4.4.13 this morning and when i finished, a fatal error message appeared:
