The difference might be the access over https. But I checked it by temporarily disabling the SSL access to the admin page, and it did not load either.
I just installed all latest updates including the one for WP-Piwik.
Do you know of any incompatibilities with other plugins?
I don’t have a test environment, and I would like to avoid disabling the active plugins in order to locate the problem.

As soon as I disable WP-Piwik, clicking on Jetpack Site Stats the entire stats page loads. Otherwise, i. e., as soon as I enable WP-Piwik nothing is shown.
