Your plan is still pending approval because we need you to ask your subscribers to reconfirm their subscription.
If you’ve never sent any emails to your list, it’s crucial to follow the steps to ask your subscribers to reconfirm their subscription before you start sending regular emails with us.
Why Reconfirmation is Important for a Dormant List- Permission May Have Faded: If a significant amount of time has passed since people subscribed to your list, they may not remember signing up. Without reconfirmation, your emails could be seen as unsolicited or spam.
- List Quality and Engagement: A list that has never received an email is essentially untested. You don’t know how many subscribers are still interested or even using the same email address. Reconfirming helps you start with an engaged and interested audience.
- Avoiding Spam Complaints: Sending an email to a list that has never heard from you could result in a high number of unsubscribes or spam complaints, which can damage your sender reputation and affect the deliverability of future emails.
