All plugins are disabled and the default theme is Twenty Twenty.

I installed the health-check plugin and followed the steps to verify a theme or plugin conflict. With all plugins and theme disabled the issue still persist. According to https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ my WordPress setup is the root of the problem.
