Hi @janilyn409 ,
Why recommend another setting when there is a specific setting to hiding the counter on the CTA as i requested? The setting is called ‘Counter on Add to Cart button.’ and i’ve set it to ‘hide’, which is exactly what i needed.
Thank you, i’ve fixed it with CSS indeed.
Hi,
Yes sure, i also want to send you my login credentials so youcan check the back-end. But i believe it’s something that should be fixed in the plugin code.
This is the URL: http://bamboe-koning.nl/shop/accessories/bathroom/
The problem is the white space between the ‘filtering on price’ and the ‘FilterEverything’ widget when there are no active filters. It should only show when there are Chips to display in my opinion. Also the same for the shortcode when you use it (adds white space as well).
@fesupportteam some of my questions are related to the free plugin, can you please answer those? I will make a new post in the other forum for the pro version questions.
This is very frustrating, when can somebody help? I want to start using the plugin and it’s SEO functionality, because that’s why i’m switching filters.
If you need login details to check please let me know.- This reply was modified 2 years, 4 months ago by Thomas_k.
Another thing, i’ve checked ‘More/Less’ which i assume must only show 5 terms maximum for the attribute. Looks like that isn’t working, or i am doing something wrong?
@bycrik I’m waiting for your reply, would be nice if you could reply little quicker so we can fix this issue.
@bycrik I’m using version 3.4.0.
I have the same issue as people above. Tabel with tiered pricing only showing when other variation than default is selected. How can we fix this?
@duracelltomi Would be nice to receive a reply from you from my questions above.
Thanks in advance.
Hi @duracelltomi ,
Thanks for your reply.
I’m unable to test it on a staging environment. When will this bug fix be released?
Could you answer my second question as well?
Thanks in advance.
Hi @duracelltomi ,
Would be awesome to see this in one of the upcoming releases this year. Thanks for your understanding and eagerness to help.
Thomas
Hi @duracelltomi ,
Let me bounce the question back: if no attributes are selected, has the user actually seen a specific product?
Yes i do think this should be the behaviour of the datalayer event. For example, when you sell socks and you have different sizes available. The size doesn’t really make a difference for the product images or variations. So i do think that even if no variation has been selected this should count as a product view.
The best I can think of is a new checkbox in GTM4WP’s WooCommerce options where one can turn on this behavior. I do accept that this has a logic but I hope you also see that there is another login behind what is currently happening on your product detail pages.
Would love to see this option. Do you think it’s possible to release this feature in the near future?
Thanks in advance.
@duracelltomi Hello? Why do i need to send two messages in order too receive one reply back 🙈

Hi @duracelltomi ,
Thanks for your reply.
I understand your answer but what gtm4wp event is used for ‘sessions with productviews’ in the google analytics shopping behavior report? I believe that’s the changeDetailViewEEC event right?
Isn’t it weird then that this event only triggers when the variations have been selected? I mean the initial productview happens also when no variations are selected. Shouldn’t you fire this event for both situations? I think many people do not know of the above problem and thus have less productviews in their Google Analytics shopping behaviour report.
I would love to have a solution where this event triggers even if there are no variations selected on variable products. Maybe an extra event if you believe the changeDetail should behave the way it does right now?
Looking forward to your answer.
