Thank you for your answer. I managed to fix the problem by myself.
It was really an iTheme Security Plugin issue. I deinstalled the plugin, installed jp and it worked. Afterwards I installed iTheme Security again. Everything is fine.Forum: Fixing WordPress

I have seen, that all the lower pages (I hope this word is correct, my English is bad) are working. Also the WP.Admin login. Only my Start Page is not working.
