In reply to: username no longer recognisedI went to UpdraftPlus and there are six UpdraftVault backup files taken on 2021-11-06 -1932.
These are db.zip, others.zip, plugins. zip, themes.zip, uploads.zip, uploads2.zip.Is there one of these files that I should import or do I need to import all of them to restore the database? It looks like I can only choose one file at a time??

I’m still getting the same error message, so what can I do?

In reply to: username no longer recognisedYes, I first used a four digit number and then a three-digit number both beginning with 6 and got the same result each time.
Am I limited to three-digit numbers?
I’ll try a higher number, but is there a way forward if that doesn’t work?.

#1062 – Duplicate entry ‘123’ for key ‘PRIMARY’I had completed the first stage as follows (I have no idea what ID values I have, or what they are) –
