I may have found a way to fix this problem. Since we are using the Pro Horizontal Filmstrip template, which is included in the Plus and Pro options, there was no way to test this without either of the plugins. I had been activating each, but the problem continued. I finally deleted both and added the Plus back and then seems to have fixed this issue.

Well, I’m having the same problem and more. Besides clicking on Add Gallery, clicking Gallery Settings has the same result. I’m kind of dead in the water.
I’ve added jit=0 to php.ini with no change.
I’m current with everything at https://muellerglass.tvwug.com:
WordPress 5.2.1
NextGEN Gallery Version 3.2.4
NextGEN Plus Version 1.6.12
Genesis Version: 2.10.1
Imagely LightlyVersion: 1.0.8- This reply was modified 6 years, 11 months ago by jrietz.
I’m having the same problem. When trying to log in, it is rejected with a warning: “VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Additional verification is required for login. Please check the email address associated with the account for a verification link.”
Disabling reCAPTCHA on Wordfence / Login Security / Settings stops this from happening. I suspect it may be an issue with reCAPTCHA, unfortunately.

In reply to: [raindrops] Compact Menu not working on iPhoneI switched to a different theme.

In reply to: [raindrops] Compact Menu not working on iPhoneI put the code in a footer widget on the main site and nothing happens when clicking on iPhone. If I press and hold and then select Open in New Tab, a new tab opens with the menu showing. I believe it is missing the X at the top left.
If I add #access to the url, the menu is displayed as it is on the dev site. The X at the top left will not dismiss the menu, though.
On the dev site (which previously started working when deactivating and reactivating all plugins) works as I would expect from the link.
Thanks,
Jim

In reply to: [raindrops] Compact Menu not working on iPhoneHi @nobita
I reset the theme in the Customization / Advanced and the menu started working on the dev site with an iPhone. So, I manually set the dev site to match the main site, checking each page of settings. The dev site now matched the main site, but the dev site continues to work on the iPhone. This is similar to what happened earlier this year – it started working for no apparent reason. Perhaps disabling all plugins had something to do with it.
I will try disabling plugins to see if I can tickle it back to working on the main site.
Where would I have a CSS style conflict? The dev site was recently restored from the main site so I could test with WP5.
Thanks.

In reply to: [raindrops] Compact Menu not working on iPhoneI’ve disabled all plugins on the development site and the problem persists.
Hi have the same problem. I can’t add photos. This is NextGen version 3.0.1. There is no menu in the sidebar for add Gallery/Images as there was with pervious versions, but there is a menu at the top Gallery. When selecting that, I get “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”
I’m trying to deliver this site and needed to add 1 photo. I have purchased Lifetime everything from you. I’m posting this on Imagely.com also.

In reply to: [raindrops] The Raindrops theme is adapted for mobile?Ok, this is weird. I decided to update the site which was working find on iPhones to the current version to see what it would take to downgrade another site. So, now the latest version is working on updated development site.
So, I’m not certain what the problem was. I had disabled all plugins, cleared cache, enable the required plugins, and nothing had many any difference on either site using.
I tried switching themes on my problem site and that did not do anything. The mobile menus just are not working.
Back to the drawing board…

In reply to: [raindrops] The Raindrops theme is adapted for mobile?FWIW: Raindrops mobile menu had worked as expected in version 1.513, which I have on an older development site:

In reply to: [raindrops] The Raindrops theme is adapted for mobile?I’m having problem with a couple of installations of raindrops with the mobile menu not working on iPhones and perhaps Androids. The menu + does not display. It shows the tooltip, but nothing happens when clicking the + or the tooltip.
Your example:
raindrops page example: https://tenman.info/labo/snip/archives/8214
does work. I have installed AMP & Comet as noted above. Nothing seems to work. Here is one of the sites I am working on which does not work: http://tvsinglesclub.com
Please let me know if there is something else we need to install or a setting changed.
Thanks!
