The Submit button was set to be hidden if the field above it was 0 and when we removed the condition then the form appeared. The problem is that we need to hide the traditional submit button for a certain reason. It the plugin won’t let us then we’re going to have to rethink the entire flow.

So I’m trying to just place the shortcode directly on the wordpress page rather than the php code. How would I do it that simply?
