SHOP NAME – PHONE NUMBER – COUNTRY ISO CODEThen we tried to change your suggested Customer bank statement and entered only SHOP NAME

I contacted with plugin support that I am using to add licenses keys to the email and this is what they told me:
The plugin adds the license keys to WooCommerce’s built-in email template, it doesn’t send a custom email.
You have to customize WooCommerce’s emails to remove that text.So what should I do if you say that I should edit something in their plugin and they say that I should edit built-in email template?
