To keep the interface snappy, our plugin uses transients to cache folder counts, which intentionally avoids heavy SQL queries and minimizes database load. - Folder Volume: Approximately how many folders and sub-folders are you managing?

Please note that the Folders plugin does not delete files from the database or the server. It only organizes content within the WordPress admin for better visibility and management. Any actual file deletion would need to be done separately through WordPress, hosting tools, or another plugin.
To help us determine whether the issue is related to the Folders plugin, we recommend creating a copy of your website (for example, a staging site or a backup version) and testing it without the Folders plugin installed.
Once the copy is created, please deactivate or remove the Folders plugin from that version of the site and check if the issue still occurs.
