I have some good news: I was able to use system restore to revert to the settings that were in place a couple of weeks ago. Thankfully, Ultimate Member is now working properly 🙂

I was in touch with the hosting provider and we went through a number of procedures to check if it is a firewall/security/caching issue but it looks like something else is causing the issue. Is there any way to reset the UM plugin (without opening up the site to the public)?
I tried deactivating the plugins that I had installed or tweaked in the last week or so (UM was working fine with my theme and other plugins before that). However, the problem still persists. Any other ideas?
