Hello @keyascii ,
I’m sorry this is not working as expected. From your screenshot it looks like this is created by MasterStudy. This is a feature of their LMS. They must only recognize one amount.
By default a PMPro membership will display like this.
You can use our levels block or shortcode to show the correct pricing.
You can also build your own custom levels page:
https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/create-custom-membership-pricing-with-page-builder/If you wish to use this feature of your LMS, I recommend contacting MasterStudy for assistance.

Support Engineer at Paid Memberships ProHello,
Yes, as this is why you are getting multiple orders on your site, you will need to delete the extra one.
Makes sure the one you keep has all the required events attached!

Hello @boxhamster ,
We have seen this happen on sites that have duplicate copies of their webhooks in Stripe. Go to your Stripe developer settings and make sure the webhook for your site is only listed once.
If you have to, makes sure the one you keep has all the required events attached!

Hello,
The join now link only will appear if you have checked the the “Anyone can register” box on the WordPress general settings. This is not required if you are using PMPro for signups.
@webreneszansz, if you require help with this, please start a new thread. Thanks! All the Best,

Support Engineer at Paid Memberships ProHello @xshuttyx,
Sorry for any confusion, it happens by default now. If the user has a “subscription” (recurring payment), when they cancel, they will get an expiration date.
If the user already has an expiration date, when they cancel they will be canceled.
If you are having problems please start a new topic with your issue as this one is closed.

Hello @zactoff ,
You can create the custom User Fields in PMPro to use these fields in WordPress.
Make the name – first_name and last_name.
See this post here for more details.

Support Engineer at Paid Memberships ProHello Patrick,
It looks like you are using Docket Cache. You will want to exclude some PMPro pages from being cached. See our post here about caching and PMPro.

I hope this information is helpful to you.

Support Engineer at Paid Memberships ProHello @elliotdavies95 ,
I’m sorry you have been locked out of your site. This is not a PMPro message but often WordPress securtiy. I see you who your host is and I know there are steps to take when hosting a membership site on their servers.
https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-com-secure-sign-on-sso/#disable-wordpress-com-log-inDetails of what you need to do can be found here. If you need further assistance accessing your site, I recommend contacting your host directly.
Of course, if I am mistaken or they bring up a PMPro setting, please let us know, and we will do our best to assist you.

Hello @mandraagora ,
I see two longins on your page however the code says they are both Peepso.
Classes on each are:
ps-form ps-form–login ps-js-form-login
ps-form ps-form–login ps-js-form-login-widgetThe one on the sidebar is likely a widget you can remove.
The PMPro login code is added through our shortcode, [pmpro_login]. Or our login widget. All the Best,

Support Engineer at Paid Memberships ProHello @bclaim,
Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro ! We don’t have a setting to deactivate this but we do have a filter you can use.
https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/documentation/content-controls/view-as-feature/add_filter( 'pmpro_hide_admin_membership_access_toolbar', '__return_true');You can add this recipe to your site by creating a custom plugin or using the Code Snippets plugin available for free in the WordPress repository.
