Sorry for the duplicate, but I am really trying to get some kind of feedback on if this is possible… may be available in a future build/update, etc.

It could make a difference in the purchase of the add-on. We have several instructors with varying schedules… some are Bi-Weekly, some Annually, some Bi-Monthly, etc. and the ability to create these recurring courses in advance would be incredibly helpful and less tedious.

    Any update on this?

    1. Maybe a checkbox or a means to identify if the status change would effect the calendar update?
    2. Maybe a checkbox to “Display on dashboard widget”? Or the ability to filter the dashboard widget by a specific status? Or if the option for a checkbox in #1 above it incorporated, maybe by that checkbox?

Just some quick ideas… I know they’re not as easy to make them a reality as the idea is to come up with… but I would just like to remove “BLOCKED” appointments from the dashboard listings.

So a short explanation would be that the availability would be 14 days… or every 336 hours. Which the hours dropdown for padding is in minutes… which this would be about 20,160 minutes. I assume it could be resolved with a padding-after option. Just an idea.

Just as added information, if I use the “ONLY…” option, I would need to created four “open hour” entries (2 classes for each Saturday every other week) and then four entries for each course listing (two for each day available)… then update them each month for the specific dates.

It would be much less-tedious and time consuming as well as logistically easier to be able to select “Bi-Weekly” or “Every Other Week”, etc.

    Thanks in advance!

That helps… however I was looking more for a means to set a recurring set of available hours that would be for example, every other Saturday of the month… so it would skip every other month.

Also, the “ONLY…” option would work if I could select several dates for the month… instead of only one. This would make me have to edit the course every month to add two new available dates.

Another example… I am an instructor every other week at one location… so for January, it would be 1/7/2023 and 1/21/2023. Then in February it would be 2/4/2023 and 2/18/2023. So I am unavailable and skip a week after each training week.

Rather than add a new “OPEN HOURS” and have to edit and reselect the two entries every month, it would be much easier to select an EVERY 2 WEEKS or EVERY 2 SATURDAYS, etc.

Does that make sense? Sorry I tried to explain it the best way I know how.
