Hi I have the same problem
Using latest version of plugin I cannot get in my shipping zones in woocommerce to show your plugin as an option after filling in all the details provided by you and DHL. Only sees flat rate, australia post and advanced free shipping.

Thanks for your help on this @nyenius, I have gone into woocommerce-delivery-notes/classes/class-wcdn-print.php – which is the only one that mentions print in it. This was the free version of this woo plugin.
Are you able to give me a clue where the code is located in the file? I am not an expert with php but can’t find anything like this – and where I should actually put it! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
