im having problems with my permalinks. I edited and made a custom one and now i cant go back to edit again back to the default permalink. Cant understand why i cant??
it doesnt give me those options in the first place where there deafault/ month date/ etc/ etc/ custom.
Ever since customizing the permalink the titles/heading such as “about” “contact” have gone missing whenever i change between pages except when on the “home page”.(only the titles/ heading are missing but the pages are still there)
can someone help please!

Hi all
i’m having a very similiar problem here. I wanted to upgrade my wordpress to the 2.9.2 version. I tried an automatic upgrade it didnt work so i followed the steps on the manually upgrade i found on WORDPRES CODEX. Followed everthing but forgot to disable the plugins prior. I know i wasnt suppose to do this but i totally totally forgot!! Because i already disabled them the other day and didint continue the upgrade. After that i forgot that i had enabled them again. SO when it was the next day to do the whole upgrade i totally forgot to disable it again.
I dont know if this might be the cause of my problem???

Anyway, i downloaded the new WP version and edited the config.php file, the username, password and such and such.
Replaced the old wordpress files with the new ones except for WP-content. And then uploaded it to the server. (I use Filezilla).
Once i uploaded it i opened up my login site and it was gone. Everything is gone!
I cant login. There is no admin. Its like the site doesnt exist anymore 🙁
NEED HELP!
does anyone know how to fix this????
