    Hi

    Thanks for the quick answer.
    I don’t get errors. I just can see that the old API version is used on stripe for some call and I have the choice to update to the last API version on stipe.
    So before doing it I preferred to double check with you. 🙂

    Hello

    When I am placing an order, I entered my billing email like “[email protected]”
    Then I click on the PayPal button and I log into my PayPal account which is another email “[email protected]”
    Once this is logged and I pay I can see that my billing email has changed to [email protected]

    Does it make more sense?

    Many thanks for your answer.
    Sorry, yes I meant from the backend order.
    After an order is placed, if I need to grant access to another product, I got a popup error as the product is not part of the order. Which was not an issue before the last update.
    If I roll back the function function grant_access_to_download() then it is working as I was happy with. So I was wondering if a hook has been put in place to allow to grant access to the product we want without checking if this is part of the order.

    With the last update, if I want to add a product which was not part of the order then I can’t. I got the error popup to let me know that the product access can’t be granted.

    Hi Oscar

    The value for _created_via is “checkout”.

    And the method payment is stripe.
    We did contact the customer and he came back to us:
    “As far as I can remember, I looked on the UK site first then changed to the Japan site. I put the item in the basket on the Japan site and everything was in yen. I remember it taking quite a while for the payment to authorise and when the confirmation showed the price of the item had changed to pounds but showing the correct amount while the delivery was the yen number in pounds. “

    This is like the “token for currency” didn’t saved properly, I am not sure.

    UPDATE: I found my issue

    add_filter( ‘woocommerce_shipping_zone_shipping_methods’, array( __CLASS__, ‘shipping_zone_shipping_methods’ ), 10, 4 );
