Update did not resolved problem. When I set up “Disabled on all devices” menu cart, then I have one cart icon on mobile menu 🙂 But on desktop any cart.
When “DISPLAY MINI CART ON MOBILE” marked or unmarked nothing is happend.

I’ve cleared cache, turn off and turn on script in extra. In chrome, firefox and IE same problem.
