Yes, i have read all promises to reply within 24 hours. I have contacted you on 24.07 with the initial support request. The issue was reported as resolved on 07.08. That makes two weeks.
I think – two weeks is quite a lot time to investigate the issue and solve it. The issue isn’t so complex. There are two files conflicting – yours and WPML file. Looks like a one code line solution to me.

In your plugin description you have a clear statement, that the plugin in compatible with WPML. There are issues, but it does not conflict. Well – it does. So, i assume, that your product description is not telling the truth. It is a refund case.

I wound’t be so frustrated if this wasn’t happening on the staging environment of the website, which is about to release to production. This was mentioned to your support specialists multiple times. The issue has slowed the release for several days. This has a negative impact on my business reputation.

I think – it is unfair to give good ratings to the plugin with such attitude to customers. There are so much wonderful solutions and teams, which deserve 5-star ratings. Rating average and below average plugins good – decreases the value of those qualitative and outstanding solutions.
