Thanks!
The plugins were actually breaking a lot of things, for instance, hovering over the WordPress settings menu would not expand it, my backup software (UpdraftPlus) had many buttons and links that wouldn’t do anything when clicked.
I’ve opened a ticket with MainWP to have them look into the issue.
It appears it was caused by some other plugins that were messing up javascript on the backend of the site.
In case it’s related to OP’s issue, the plugins that caused it for me were two MainWP extensions (Advanced Uptime Monitor Extension and MainWP Branding Extension).Ironically, nothing on that page is responding either. I’m unable to expand any of the diagnostics and the buttons aren’t doing anything when clicked.
I’m having the same problem. I’ve purged all caches, tried different browsers, none helps. Running the same versions of software as OP. I also noticed that my two-factor authentication stopped working as well, which is why I went to those settings pages to begin with.
I’m getting the same. Looks like mine may have started after the 2.0.4 update.

In reply to: [Breeze Cache] AJAX performance issues when using Auto Purge VarnishI too have noticed this. With the auto purge option on, submissions through Gravity Forms are taking upwards of 8 seconds to complete. Turned off, submissions complete in less than a second. This seems to have started happening with the latest 1.0.12 update.
Thanks for taking over the development and support on this plugin. I certainly appreciate all of the time you’ve put into this!
So, it seems I was getting some inconsistent error reporting on the site.
When I had all of the plugins disabled, I still saw the error, but it seems that when I was activating the default theme, it refreshed and the error went away.Confusing to say the least!
However, I have been able to pin it down with certainty to the “Nav Menu Item Duplicator” plugin. Fortunately, the plugin is only used during dev and I’m able to remove it at this point.
Actually, now that I’ve done some more testing, the error does actually remain even with the default theme.
Is it possible that the plugin is reporting a false-positive?
Switching to the default theme made the error go away.
I’m not sure what it’s conflicting with on the theme that the site is using though.
I use the same theme on a bunch of sites and none have encountered that error yet.HostName: txpro2.fcomet.com
