Yes there is a API method for managing the Optimole cloud library outside of WordPress, you can find more about it here – https://docs.optimole.com/api/cache-invalidation-api-guide and https://api-docs.optimole.com/
Regarding automatic deletion, there is indeed a filter/tweak that can help remove images from the Optimole cloud when they are deleted from the WordPress Media Library. However, this is not enabled by default because some users prefer to retain cloud copies.

Thanks for the update — I’m glad to hear the second option worked.
This was caused by a stale
advanced-cache.phpfile inwp-content/after the 5.3.1 update. Re-saving the Disk Page Cache setting forces the plugin to regenerate that file, which is why the fatal error disappeared.Thanks again for confirming the fix.
