Then I deleted it

I did it. I copied the zip file to the new website folder…
‘/home/content/-/-/html/wp-content/uploads/wp-clone/’Then went to the new site clicked restore and pasted the restore file there again and clicked it.
Restore Successful!

I just duplicated one wordpress site to another both hosted with godaddy. My wp-config file is 0 bytes as well
