Thanks for your answer. I am using Polylang which I see now is not supported by MailPoet. I translated the subscription page, but I see that lists in both languages are still displayed. Does that mean that there is no solution for Polylang users?
The email went out from my staging site, not my live site, so the original questions isn’t relevant.

It seems that in order to get this to work for me, I’ll have to change the way I categorize the posts and use the /%category%/%postname%/ structure for the permalinks. I found that I only have to mark the subcategory in order to get the category/subcategory to appear in the URL.

The reason I want to do this is a bit complex but I’ll try to explain. I’d like to integrate the posts from the website (release notes) to our proprietary software. The posts receive two categories: Software version and Category. In order for our software to recognize which version and category the release note is intended for, I need the URL to include both of these. The problem is that Software version and Category are both sub-categories in WP and they have different parent categories. If it was possible to create the following URL, that would be great but I haven’t found a way to do it:
mywebsite,com/subcategory1/subcategory2/post_name
Hi Kevin, thanks for your answer. I am in touch with the SearchWP support regarding integrating permissions with the search. The development needed will be their responsibility, not PublishPress. All I’d need from PublishPress is to know whether there is function in your plugin to get the post IDs. Once I have that, I will work with SearchWP to set up the code.

I also have this issue which also affects the selection of users. If I select a user, it takes quite a few seconds to react. If I need to select multiple users, it can take way too long. Has anyone found a reason and solution?
@rizaardiyanto Hi, as I wrote above, I’m trying to find a fix for my issue. Is it possible to get an array of post IDs that are accessible to users?
After doing some testing, I figured out that my search plugin (SearchWP) is not affected by the definitions of the Permissions plugin and will display the posts regardless of the Permissions settings. When I deactivate the search plugin, the posts are not displayed in a search.
After talking to the SearchWP support, they told me that I can add a mod to the search plugin that will define allowed searches according to the post ID. Is there a way to access the post IDs through the Permissions plugin?
Here’s a screenshot of the Permission settings for the Subscriber role. The Category that I want to block is Implementation Development.
I’ll just add that I’ve tried to block categories and specific posts, and even tried blocking a specific user with no success. I also deactivated and activated the plugin.

Hi and thanks for your response.
I actually have an update on this. I tried resetting the plugin and right after uninstalling it all together. After reinstalling it and defining everything from scratch, it now sends (it’s worked 4/4 times so far, both immediate and on schedule). The problem with it seemingly getting stuck after activation is still happening, but it doesn’t seem to affect whether it sends or not. I just refresh the page when it happens. So I think I’m going to keep it like this and hope that it will not regress. If it does, I will do what you suggested.

I’m using version 3.96.1. I tried it with Edge as well and it does the same thing. Also, the system status shows no errors.I’ve managed to get it to work, albeit sporadically. I got it to send once, but when trying again, it won’t send. Is something preventing it from sending too frequently? It’s impossible to test this as it doesn’t work regularly.
