Hello, I’m using the latest version of the plugin Version 1.4.2 with the latest version of WP Version 4.9.8. I have this issue after moving a test site across to a live server. The form is activated inside the Integrations tab and the shortcode is inside the form but it still sends with the checkbox unticked.
