Basically, at the conditional fields tab, the groups are not shown neither the fields. I see the default “–Select group–” and when I click on the drop down, no options are loaded. Same for the conditional fields. The text mode shows “-1” in both fields. If write the groups/fields names manually in the text mode, the form works fine, however on any update of the form I’ll have to do it manually again, otherwise the conditional fields will not work.

The “refer:” part contains plugins.php

The “Clear all cache files when a post or page is published or updated.” was not checked actually.

Deleting cache works fine.
