Hi Mark. When we click on the Reset Password link , it says that we should check our email to finalise the process of resetting the password. The problem is that we never receive that email at [email protected]. This must either mean that the administrator email address on the back end of the website, belongs to Newnet or Ilead, , the previous hosting companies and the reset email goes to them, or that we are using the wrong username. For username we are using [email protected]
Is there any way from your side that you can check the administrator email address and username?
