In reply to: [WP-Chatbot for Messenger] WP Chatbot doesn’t work on iphone and ipadwe have tens of thousands of installed users and hundreds of millions of sessions / month and are not seeing this issue. Could you try using a different phone to rule out something specific to your browser (eg: maybe you have some ad blocker or something that is interfering with the normal loading process?) there is not enough info here for me to reproduce and this is the only report we are aware of this issue.

In reply to: [WP-Chatbot for Messenger] 1st Messagehi — the photo in your chat widget is actually the facebook profile photo used by your facebook company page. so if you go into your page manager and change that image, the changes will be reflected in your plug-in, too.
