We use a custom built theme that our WordPress person built for us. His name is Jason King. I have been trying to get a hold of him but he has been unresponsive so far. We really need this problem solved since clients are complaining about it.
I looked at the themes we have an apart from the custom built one which is called Arise Foundation, we have another one in there called twenty fourteen which is a wordpress theme but it doesn’t seem to be active. I just don’t know how to fix this. I was hoping someone else would have had a similar problem.
