@shanedelierrr, thank you.
@deepaksnegi did you find a fix?
Thanks!
Hi,
I’ve purchased the Multisite Add-on, but I can’t figure out for the life of me how to activate it.
Do I need to install a separate plugin? Can you provide link?
Or how else would I activate and start using the premium Multisite add-on.
Thank you.
I’ve opened ticket #1032752
Cools, I’ll look at purchasing and trying out the multisite function in a bit.
Once I upgrade, can I use my way of adding/inviting people? Or is there another way which triggers the ‘New User Registration – For User’ notification?
Thanks!
Hi,
I add brand new users, meaning they’re not added on the network or the domain. So I’m adding them to the subdomain for the first time.
I though inviting users is the only way to add them to the site: Users > Add New User. (Whether I skip the confirmation email or not, the custom notification created through bnfw still doesn’t send.)
Since this is me <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>inviting</span> them to join, what’s the other way, How do I add users?
Thanks!

All plugins disabled except BNFW & Post SMTP.
Default WordPress theme, in my case Twenty-One.
Hope this helps.
Thank you very much, I highly appreciate it!
Edit: This video shows the subdomain side.

Hi,
I’m creating users straight from the subdomain level, which gives users permission only to our subdomain.
Thanks,
By the way I have a multi-site with WP Engine, if that’s any relevant.
So I’ve tried everything. On step 11, the email log shows the default WP email which is sent (and I receive it) but it’s not the custom email I set up in your plugin.
I’ve also tried changing the notification from ‘new user registration for user’ to ‘new user post registration email’ and neither are sending.
Any ideas?
Any reason why my ‘New User Registration – For User’ notification didn’t work? Users are still getting the default WordPress email.
See below screenshot of my notification. Simple enough to work, so I’m thinking it’s something else, but I can’t figure out why.

Hi bnfw,
We use WordPress’ default Users > Add new Users to add users.
We only Fluent Forms Pro (and FluentSMTP) for forms on our website which records data and forwards it by email to us immediately after submission.
Once I add new users, they receive WordPress’ default email asking them to activate their account.
I wanted to edit this email so I can add a few extra links and some more info, if possible.
Or an alternative would be, if possible, to set up a notification using your plugin which emails users that were just added through the backend (Users > Add new Users).
So if I add a user a user, either:
- Edit the first email sent out by WordPress to activate their account, or
- Set up a notification, which sends them an additional email with our bespoke information and additional links.
Would either of the two options above be possible please?
Thank you,
I highly appreciate it!
