After investigating your site, I’ve found a JS error/conflict with one of your menu links –Belly Dancing– “https://rtdance.com/additional-classes/#belly/”. So please remove the last ‘/’ from the link and your menu should be working properly.

On the other hand, this issue will be fixed in our next release.

I’ve checked your page but couldn’t locate our Premium Mega Menu widget, am I missing something?

Generally, this could be a conflict between the Dynamic Assets Generate feature and your caching service, please navigate to your WP Dashboard -> Premium Addons -> Widgets & Addons tab, disable Dynamic Assets Generate and let me know if it did the trick.
