    Hi Lucy, thanks for getting in touch.

    As it stands I now have an issue with my store. I uploaded my products last night to my store. Everything was fine. Went in today to do some work and images have completely disappeared.

    Even the building frame I used to create them was gone. Same look on the back end and front end.

    Hi,

    I just wanted to put images of my products on my store page. A gallery would be nice. Since it’s a new site, I don’t have a lot of products yet.

    I ended up making them all the same size in Canva and applied to my site. They are all on there now and uniform so the task is done.

    I would have liked an easier process though.

    Hi there,

    I don’t think my browser and cache were the issue. I did look at my template providing though and got rid of some of it pertaining to my footer that did not need to be there.

    My footer is working now, links to privacy policy and terms and conditions work when clicking on the privacy policy and terms and conditions.

    The only issue I’m now having is I want it to be copyright One Globe One Love 2020 privacy policy terms and conditions on one line in the footer.

    It’s not sitting like that. Privacy Policy and Terms on conditions are up top of the footer and the copyright is below that

    Hi,

    I tried preparing the first link. Would not work.

    What do you mean by this? Or, try replacing it with a fresh unedited file.

    I will try other things you suggested and contact my host provider too.

    Hi Jeff,

    I finally got around to doing what you said. I needed to update the thrive architect plug in. I updated all the plug ins that needed updating. This has solved the issue it seems. It said I also needed to update my .PHP This had already been done a few days prior by the hosting company so I had the latest WordPress version.

    As I said it seems as though it has been fixed. I need to fix up a few things and re format but it looks good to go. Thanks for your help Jeff.

    Hi James,

    Thank you for responding. I will try this as per your instructions. The theme itself is outdated. They no longer work on the minus theme.

    I’m wondering if I still have to switch themes?

    I’ll get back to you after I have tried this.

    Apparently so I have been advised, there is something wrong with my theme and I have to uninstall it. I cannot re install it as they no longer make this theme.

    This is what my host said. So, I have to choose a new theme and reconfigure my entire site to suit the theme sadly. The error message from WordPress is below.

    I will leave that job for a while.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for that. I chose an OCEAN WP theme and installed elementor plug in to build the site. It appears quite simple. If not working out I may switch, thank you.

    Thank you for your suggestions and tips. Will check these out and design on paper what I want my site to look like.
