Q If I did a backup in September and I am trying to import it to a new wordpress instalation now it will not work due to the wordpress update? I no longer have access to the site Ive backed up, and the import is failing

Been using this perfectly two days ago but now it won’t work.
Unable to import. Unable to start the import. Refresh the page and try again.
It’s a small file of 116mb. I am trying on a few domains and all give me the same alert.
Any idea how to fix this?
